Want to sign up for an I Living Lab ? Make sure to do 2 things:
- register the I Living Lab in your ISP (deadline 5 March 2023)
- and register via the international website from 10 Februari till 3 March via eudres.eu

1. Classic I Living Lab
This are the I Living Labs that have been around since 2021. You choose one within your interest and tackle a challenge toghether with your international team of peer students. The whole programme is online. Ideal if you wqnt an international experience from behind your computer.

- Pre-learning: 7 March - 17 March
- Virtual Kick-off: 7 March
- Challenge solving: 20 March - 31 May (2 weeks of Easter Holiday included)
- Showdown: 30 May
- Dedicated time: approx. 150 hours
- Weekly online meetings
- No travel
- 6 ECTS

2. Blended I Living Labs
In a Bleded I Living Lab you have 4 teams that tackle the same challenge but alle from a different point of view. To make balanced teams, students are offered the E3UDRES2 Talent Tool. This tool reveals your own talents and lets you discover what your contribution to the team can be. These insights will help you later on in your professional career and you can get them now for free.
We have 2 Blended I Living Labs: Energy and Talent
Blended Energy
Join the Urban Energy Transition and give it the social boost it needs.
Do you have time to travel? Go for this one!
Jan Kriekels from JAGA is the challenge owner. He is a future thinker and keeps one eye on the energy question. The ideal person to guide you through this quest.
The onboarding with the Talent Tool takes place in Romania at our partner institution in Timisoara. You'll be traveling soon there so make sure your agenda is free.

The onboarding will be online. In the last week of the I Living Lab all students get together in Belgium to finetune their project.

3. Intensive I Living Lab
This one is bit special. Instead of 6 weeks, we condens the program in 1 week. A very intensive week!
During that week you'll travel to Latvia to meet all participating students and to work toghether on your challenge.
There are 6 challenges so you'll find one of your liking for sure.

- Challenge solving: 27 March - 31 March
- Mini-Showdown: 31 March
- Dedicated time: approx. 80 hours

Important!!!
Travel dates for Blended and Intensive I Living Labs are compulsory. Are you unable to free your agenda (please talk to your lectors and planners for all options)? That mean,s unfortunately, that you cannot participate in an I Living Lab.
Because subscriptions are a administrative burden, we included a registration code for travels on the registration website. Contact Rik.Fonteyn@ucll.be and Nathalie.Morren@ucll.be for this travel code. They will do a prelimenary check for you.

How unfortunate! But no worries, we are back next year with even more I Living Labs.
